Am I the right therapist for you?

Reaching out for help can feel intimidating or even overwhelming.  With so many options, it's difficult to decide who might be the best fit for you. My approach is warm, restorative, and relationship-centered.  I focus on building practical skills, restoring confidence, and helping clients find a path forward that fits their real lives. Therapy with me is collaborative and direct. We’ll work together to understand what’s underneath the behaviors, develop tools to manage emotions and stress, and strengthen relationships with the people who matter most.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in Colorado, as well as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Miami University in Ohio and my Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina.

With 15 years of experience as a therapist, I bring a thoughtful, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to my work. I am also trained in restorative practices, which informs my work with individuals, families, and communities.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me curled up with a fantasy novel, spending time with my dog, or at the gym.
