Am I the right therapist for you?

Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been misunderstood, judged or overwhelmed in the past. My approach is warm, restorative, and relationship-centered. Our work together is not about being “fixed” or told what to do. It’s about building insight, learning useful skills and finding ways forward that actually fit your lifestyle.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addictions Counselor in Colorado. I received my Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Miami University Ohio and my Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I am trained in restorative practices and have been a therapist for 15 years.
